Creative Media & Videographer
Position: Lead Content Creator / Documentarian
The Opportunity: This is a long-term project to document the farm's evolution from the ground up. You will lead the creation of a YouTube mini-series documenting the "behind the scenes" of regenerative farming and showcasing all projects running on site, alongside building our social media presence to grow an online community.
Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Production: Filming, editing, and producing a high-quality episodic mini-series on farm life, projects, and development.

Social Media Growth: Creating engaging short-form content (Reels etc) to build the brand and following.

Storytelling: Capturing the aesthetic beauty and the grit of regenerative agriculture to educate and inspire.

What We’re Looking For: Someone with an eye for film and storytelling. You should be comfortable working outdoors in all weathers and have the drive to build a digital brand from scratch.
Regenerative Gardener & Landscape Designer
Position: Lead Gardener / Landscape Project Manager
The Opportunity: An opportunity to design and implement a high-profile, nearly one-acre garden transformation, including a natural swimming pool. Beyond aesthetics, there is significant potential to develop and manage diverse enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:

Lake Project: Lead the design and planting of the new garden and aquatic regeneration zones.

Market Garden Management: Oversee our established, terraced, no-dig market gardens (predominately perennial based).

Enterprise Development: Potential to run your own branch of the business (e.g., cut flowers, ferments, mushrooms, or microgreens).

Regenerative Livestock Manager
Position: Livestock Manager (Poultry, Sheep, Pigs)
The Opportunity: Take ownership of a livestock operation rooted in land stewardship. This role is perfect for someone ready to refine production while putting ethical values into practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Poultry Enterprise: Manage and expand our heritage breed egg-laying flock.

Animal Husbandry: Oversee rotational management for sheep and pigs within woodland and pasture systems.

Position: Lead Groundsman / Maintenance
The Opportunity: The backbone of our operations. We need a versatile "general handyman" to ensure the farm infrastructure and land are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
