We work with nature, not against it. Our approach mimics natural cycles to build soil health, sequester carbon, and boost biodiversity.

The Method: We utilise no-dig gardening, agroforestry, and rotational grazing.
The Goal: To move beyond sustainability toward active restoration and regeneration.

We believe in transparency, nutrient-dense food, and farming in harmony with the land. By avoiding chemicals and prioritising soil health, we produce food that tastes better and restores the ecosystem.

OUR FARM

Our woodlands are the heart of the farm.

Silvopasture: We practice silvopasture, the integration of livestock, trees, and forage, to create a resilient ecosystem where farming and nature thrive together. By allowing our animals to graze and forage among the trees, we mimic natural forest-edge habitats, which supports both the health of our animals and the vitality of the forest.
Natural Filtration: The forest canopy and complex root systems regulate our water flow, acting as a natural filter that protects and cleans our local waterways.
Biodiversity Boost: This multi-layered approach creates diverse habitats, offering shelter for wildlife and forage for our animals.

Forest Farming

We believe in the dignity of the animal. Our livestock live as close to their natural wild state as possible. We shun all chemical inputs, focusing entirely on holistic health, from the soil microbes to the animals we raise.

Our Ethos

Our heritage and rare breed livestock roam free, forage naturally, and live natural lives.

Bramble & Blue Forested Eggs: Our rare-breed, forest and pasture raised hens produce a beautiful, nutrient-rich array of eggs.
Forest Pigs: Our pigs help us manage the land, naturally uncovering seedbanks and promoting new growth as they forage through the woods.

Rare Breed Livestock

We don’t just farm; we curate a habitat. Through selective coppicing and responsible forestry, we provide a home for diverse species. We are currently working on projects to reintroduce native species, like beavers, to help naturally restore our waterways and boost biodiversity. Our goal is to create a thriving environment where wildlife can flourish, and the ecosystem can regenerate naturally.

Wildlife & Rewilding

Nestled in natural forest clearings, our terraced no-dig market gardens produce food for our home and community.

No-Dig: By leaving the soil structure intact, we protect microorganisms, reduce erosion, and produce healthier, more nutrient-dense harvests.
Perennial Based: We predominately grow perennial crops, building deeperroots and stronger ecosystems that flourish year after year.
Medicine Garden: A dedicated space for herbs and native medicinal plants.
No Chemical Inputs: We use absolutely no chemicals in any of our farming or produce.
